Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Window

 

Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipping begins.

Once an order has been:

- Processed

- Packaged

- Marked as shipped

- OR a tracking number has been issued

The order is considered final and cannot be canceled.


After Shipment

 

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you no longer want the item after shipment, please refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility.


Built-to-Order & Small Batch Items

 

Some items are produced in small runs or built upon order.

Orders for built-to-order or limited-batch items may enter production quickly and cannot always be canceled once production begins, even if tracking has not yet been issued.


Important Notes

 

We cannot guarantee cancellation requests once processing has started.

- Orders placed outside business hours may enter processing before the next business day.

- Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee approval.

- Duplicate messages may delay response.


Business Hours

 

Cancellations are reviewed during normal U.S. business hours (Monday–Friday).
