All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are shipped from the United States.

Most orders ship within this timeframe, but please note that we do not guarantee same-day or next-day shipping.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Built to Order / Small-Batch Manufacturing

 

Many of our products are:

- Designed in-house

- Produced in small batches

- Hand-assembled or finished in limited runs

Because of this, processing times may occasionally take longer during:

- New releases

- High-demand periods

- Inventory restocks

If your order experiences a delay, we will do our best to communicate updates when available.

We will always update the banner at the top of the website.

We are not a warehouse operation — we build and ship in realistic working volumes to maintain quality.


Order Changes & Address Accuracy

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

We are not responsible for:

- Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

- Orders returned due to invalid or incomplete address details.

- If you notice an error in your order, contact us immediately.

Changes are only possible before shipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

 

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

- Stolen packages

- Carrier delays

- Incorrect delivery by the postal service

- Orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

If a shipment appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

We are happy to assist when possible, but replacement or refunds are not guaranteed for issues caused after shipment.

International Shipping

 

International customers are responsible for:

- Customs fees.

- Import duties.

- Taxes.

- Brokerage charges.

These are determined by the destination country and are not included in our pricing.
